Summary- Susan’s youngest child has just started school and she is looking forward to some time to herself. Then, she realizes she is pregnant again.
What I liked- This author is super funny. The whole book is funny stories of Susan’s life as a wife and mother. I especially liked the stories of her toddler who could make messes before anyone could grab him. My toddlers are in that phase and it is nice to know I am not the only mommy who just can’t make it across the room before maple syrup is smeared across the wall or a child sticks her hand in the toilet.
What I didn’t like- This book was a pretty good read but I have a hard time reading stories without much of a central plot. There isn’t much to tie this book together. It is just stories. Each story could have easily stood alone as a blog entry or a magazine excerpt.
