I would recommend this book to anyone. This book had really great advice much of which I took to heart about how to have a better life. I have actually decided to implement some of his practices. One of the pearls of wisdom he offers is to only work on one weakness at a time. I think this is super important. You are setting yourself up for failure if you try to work on too many weaknesses at once.
I also loved his truths about how different ages are for different things. I am just entering my thirties and my twenties were about change and learning. I am hoping in my thirties I can implement what I have learned.
I also really loved how the author shared what happened to him and was honest about his own weaknesses (like eating healthy and exercising). This made me much more comfortable with his advice.
